  • Rummy Tour's social component is equally important; it encourages players to bond as they exchange strategies, celebrate wins, & grow from losses. Melds are formed. Sets (three or four cards of the same rank) or runs (three or more consecutive cards of the same suit) can make up a meld. Play & strategy. Before discarding one card at the conclusion of their turn, players alternately draw cards from the stockpile or the discard pile.
