  • Evaluation. The round ends at this point, and the players that are still in the game count the points in their hands according to the cards they are holding. Based on the cards that remain in their hands, opponents score points, & the player who goes out first receives zero points for that round. A number of tactics are available to players to increase their chances of success when playing Rummy Gold. Keeping an eye on the cards your opponents are discarding is an important tactic.
