Major changes are coming to Hustler Casino Live, starting with the launch of a 24/7 poker network on the Kick streaming service.
High Stakes Poker Productions (HSPP), HCL's production company, will debut the High Stakes Poker Network (HSPN) on Thursday. The launch will include round-the-clock Hustler Casino Liveepisodes, additional HSPP produced content, and a new monthly show — Stake Poker Night.
Stake Poker Nightwill kick off Dec. 6 on the HSPN Kick channel. Ryan Feldman, owner of Hustler Casino Live, explained to PokerNewswhat viewers can expect from the show.
"We are super excited about Stake Poker Night. This once-a-month show will bridge creators, streamers, athletes, actors and celebrities with poker to grow the great game that we all love. Expect to see some big names playing on the Hustler Casino Livefelt," Feldman said.
Poker Round-the-Clock
The idea of a 24/7 poker network has been attempted multiple times in the past. Poker Central launched in 2015 on Roku and other streaming devices. But the company would eventually become PokerGO and shift from free ad-based 24/7 programming to an on-demand paid subscription model.
Hustler Casino Livehas been the most popular daily poker livestream in the world since 2021. The show, which takes place at Hustler Casino in Los Angeles, has aired almost exclusively on HCL's YouTube channel, which has 367,000 subscribers, save for a few recent appearances on Kick and a week on Twitch during a YouTube suspension.
The days of catching HCL exclusively on YouTube are over. But, as Feldman said, those who prefer the YouTube platform will still get the same schedule of livestreams each week, Monday to Friday, with the same shows, including Max Pain Monday.
Why Kick?
To kick off the Kick venture, Hustler Casino Livewill stream for 16 straight days beginning Thursday, Nov. 21 at 11 a.m. PT, and will feature 100 hours of streaming over the first 10 days. That includes a week of games starting Nov. 25 at the Onyx Club in Cyprus, HCL's first appearance on European soil. Nik Airball, who is banned from Hustler Casino, will compete on the show for the first time since March.
Kick.com launched in 2022 and has quickly become one of the most popular streaming platforms in the world for gamers. Many high roller online casino gamblers have used the site to livestream. Feldman explained why the platform is a good fit for the new High Stakes Poker Network.
"We believe there are merits to both YouTube and Kick," Feldman said. "By co-streaming our live shows and High Stakes Poker Network on Kick, we are able to reach a new audience with a different demographic than YouTube, thus expanding our platform. We believe that Kick has a bright future in streaming and we are excited to work with them."
Feldman continued: "Fans who want to watch poker all day, every day will now be able to do that on the HSPN Kick channel. The content that will reside on HSPN will transform the poker content space."
Hustler Casino Livefans will now have the option to watch the daily streams on YouTube or Kick.
